Regional and industry nodes are aimed at areas and key industries with strong demand for computing power, establishing a system mechanism for connecting supply and demand for computing power, achieving standardized interconnection and efficient flow of computing resources among different regions, entities, and architectures, and enhancing the overall level of computing power.
