Miniso has established commercial companies in multiple locations.

According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Beijing Pinshi Commercial Development Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Pinshi Commercial Trade Co., Ltd., and Xiamen Pinshi Commercial Development Co., Ltd. have been established, all with Zhou Shu as the legal representative. Qichacha's equity penetration display shows that all three companies are indirectly wholly-owned by Mingchuang Youpin Co., Ltd.
