On February 6, XJ Electric announced that the company's board of directors elected Ji Kan as the chairman of the ninth board of directors, with a term until the expiration of the ninth board of directors, and also as a director representing the company in the execution of company affairs. During the vacancy of the general manager of the company, Ji Kan will act as the acting general manager. Ji Kan has previously served as the vice general manager, deputy party secretary, party committee deputy secretary, and general manager of State Power Investment Corporation Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd. He currently serves as the party committee secretary and chairman of China Electric Equipment Group Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., and the party committee secretary and chairman of XJ Electric Corporation Limited.
