Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce signed a memorandum of understanding with the Science, Technology, and Communication Department of Laos' Xiangkhoang Province.

According to "Hainan Business", on February 5th, the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce and the Department of Science, Technology and Communication of Xiangkhouang Province, Laos signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strengthening economic and trade cooperation in Haikou. According to the Memorandum of Understanding, the two sides will further deepen the digital cooperation and exchanges in the fields of economy, society, management, agriculture, etc. under the principles of friendly exchanges and mutual cooperation, and enhance the level of digital development in the two provinces; expand the scale of trade of advantageous products and products with high market demand between the two provinces, strengthen cooperation in logistics, e-commerce, agricultural product processing, and science and technology talent training in the areas of high-tech enterprises and environmental protection enterprises with high credibility in the two provinces, and promote the continuous and stable development of economic and trade cooperation relationship.
