Dior Water China announced that the company recently received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application documents for issuing shares to specific parties by Dior Water China Group Limited. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has verified the application documents submitted by the company for issuing shares to specific parties and deemed them complete, and therefore decided to accept the application. This issuance of shares to specific parties still needs to be reviewed and approved by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, and can only be implemented after obtaining approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
