The company will distribute 1.599147 yuan in cash per share to all shareholders based on the existing total share capital of 7.286 billion shares, totaling 1.165 billion yuan. The record date for equity registration is February 11, 2026, and the ex-dividend date is February 12. In addition, the conversion price of convertible corporate bonds will be adjusted from 56.13 yuan per share to 55.97 yuan per share; the buyback price cap will be adjusted from 86.96 yuan per share to 86.80 yuan per share.
