It is planned that from March 10, 2026 to June 9, 2026, through centralized bidding, block trading, and other methods, he will reduce his holdings by no more than 21,093 shares, not exceeding 0.02% of the total share capital of the company, and not exceeding 25.00% of his own holdings. Former supervisor Qiu Honggang holds 250,000 shares, accounting for 0.29%. It is planned to reduce his holdings by no more than 250,000 shares during the same period, not exceeding 0.29% of the company's total share capital.
