S&P: Awarding Yuexiu Property Trust Fund (00405.HK) with a "BBB-" long-term issuer credit rating for the proposed issuance of RMB green bonds.

On February 5th, S&P awarded Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust (abbreviated as "Yuexiu Real Estate Trust Fund" 00405.HK BBB-/Stable/--), a wholly owned subsidiary of Moon King Ltd., with a long-term issue credit rating of "BBB-" in RMB-denominated senior unsecured green notes. The issuer is also one of the overseas financing tools of Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust Fund. The issuance rating is subject to the review results of S&P on the final offering documents.
