New Stone Age Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established in February 2018 with Li Ziyi as the legal representative, registered capital of approximately 41.38 million RMB, and business scope including industrial robot manufacturing, intelligent robot research and development, and intelligent robot sales. Shareholder information shows that the company is currently jointly held by Yu Enyuan, Beijing Chehejia Information Technology Co., Ltd. affiliated with Ideal Car Company, and the above-mentioned new shareholders.
