Deputy Director of the State Administration for Market Regulation and Director of the National Standardization Management Committee, Deng Zhiyong, stated at a press conference organized by the State Council Information Office that by 2025, China will release 4929 national standards, an increase of 56% compared to the current level; establish 14 new national measurement standards and 1139 national standard substances.
