Provincial drug regulatory authorities are also required to order the relevant cosmetic operators to cease the sale of the non-compliant cosmetics, investigate their procurement and inspection records, trace the origins of the illegal products, and take strict legal action against any violations found. If there are suspicions of criminal activities, they are to be referred to the public security authorities in accordance with the law.
