Wind Power Composite Materials Company Youwei New Materials resumes listing guidance

Recently, the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission showed that Zhejiang Youwei New Materials Co., Ltd. has filed for listing counseling with the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau, with China CITIC Securities as the counseling institution. The company had submitted an application for listing on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in June 2023 and was accepted, but later voluntarily withdrew the application in November of the same year. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange subsequently terminated the review process in accordance with regulations on December 1. Youwei's new materials are mainly used in the production of wind turbine blades, with customers including China Materials Technology, China Fiberglass, Tianshun Wind Energy, Era New Materials, Vision Energy, Mingyang Smart Energy, Ariel Technology, Luoyang Surui, Aviation Industry Corporation of China, DuPont, Siemens Gamesa, and other major domestic and foreign wind turbine blade manufacturers.
