The startup company Resolve AI, which has developed AI agents to identify and fix real-time software system issues, has reached a valuation of $1 billion in its latest round of financing. The company raised $125 million in a round of financing led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, and plans to announce the news on Wednesday. Existing investors Unusual Ventures, Artisanal Ventures, and A* participated in this round of financing, along with Greylock Partners. Resolve AI was officially launched at the end of 2024 and has already signed contracts with over 20 clients, including Salesforce, Coinbase, and DoorDash.
