The office issued a statement saying that after receiving the report of Saif al-Islam's death, the Attorney General authorized investigators to go to the relevant location to collect evidence and hear witness testimonies. The preliminary investigation results confirmed that the victim was shot multiple times, and the injuries were fatal.
