On February 4, Dayang Electric announced that on February 3, 2026, the company signed a partnership agreement with Shanghai Muhua Jinyu Equity Investment Management Partnership Enterprise and other limited partners to establish the Qingcheng Muzhihechuang Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise. The target subscribed capital of Qingcheng Muzhihechuang Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise is 290 million yuan, with an initial closing scale of 72.5 million yuan. The company, as a limited partner, will invest 10 million yuan of its own funds to subscribe for fund shares of the partnership enterprise. This investment by the company does not involve controlling or jointly controlling the partnership enterprise, nor does it have a significant impact on the partnership enterprise.
