Hainan Haiyao announced that the shareholder JU LI 36, holding more than 5% of the shares, carried out a centralized auction on February 2 to reduce its holdings by 3.4273 million shares, accounting for 0.26% of the total share capital. Its shareholding decreased from 68.2955 million shares to 64.8682 million shares, and the percentage decreased from 5.26% to 4.999997%, no longer a shareholder holding more than 5%. This reduction will not result in a change in the controlling shareholder or ultimate controller of the company. The reduction plan has not been completed, and the company will continue to disclose relevant information.
