UBS: Infineon's AI outlook is robust.

UBS analysts wrote in a report to clients that Infineon Technologies' forecast for AI revenue in the 2027 fiscal year is better than expected. The German chip manufacturer expects its AI revenue to be around 2.5 billion euros by the end of the fiscal year ending in September 2027, higher than UBS' estimate of 2.2 billion euros. This expectation is based on the outlook that AI will continue to boost total sales in the coming quarters. The company raised its AI revenue target for the fiscal year ending in September 2026 from 1 billion euros to approximately 1.5 billion euros in November. Infineon's stock price fell by 2%, closing at 40.26 euros.
