Tongqing Building: Extension and supplemental pledge of some shares pledged by the actual controller

The announcement of Tongqing Building stated that on February 4th, it received notification from the actual controller Shen Jishui that he will extend the original 5.5 million shares pledged to Shenwan Hongyuan Securities, with the deadline extended to April 29th; in addition, he will pledge another 1.25 million shares with the same deadline of April 29th. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Shen Jishui holds 53,803,307 shares of the company, accounting for 20.69% of the total share capital; with a total pledge of 6.75 million shares, accounting for 12.55% of his total holdings and 2.60% of the company's total share capital. This pledge does not involve new financing, and the pledge risk is controllable.
