Recently, it was learned by reporters that the first batch of residents have moved into the youth talent housing in Shenzhen. The first tenant to sign a contract, Mr. Xue, successfully completed the move-in procedures at "Yujian Anju Minglu Yuan" and officially began his journey of living comfortably in Shenzhen. This landmark event signifies the implementation of the "Shenzhen Youth Talent Housing Support Implementation Measures." This policy provides differentiated support for the needs of young talent at different stages. For recent graduates who have not yet found employment, they can apply for up to 15 days of free accommodation through projects like "Shenmeng Yangfan" and "Youth Hostels" to alleviate the housing pressure during their job search or internship period. For young talent who are already employed or starting their own business and have been certified, they can apply for transitional housing at a rent of only 60% of the market reference rent, with a discount period of up to 3 years. They can also choose to rent their own housing and receive a monthly subsidy of 1250 RMB for living comfortably, with the subsidy being provided for a maximum of 24 months. These two support methods cannot be enjoyed simultaneously.
