The United States initiates the fourth anti-dumping sunset review investigation on Chinese hand trucks and their components.
On February 2nd, the US Department of Commerce announced that it has initiated the fourth sunset review investigation of anti-dumping duties on hand trucks and their parts imported from China. At the same time, the US International Trade Commission has initiated the fourth sunset review industry injury investigation on the products involved in the case. The review will examine whether the cancellation of the current anti-dumping measures will continue or reoccur in the foreseeable future to cause substantial harm to domestic industries in the United States. Stakeholders are required to register their responses with the US Department of Commerce within 10 days of this announcement. Stakeholders are also required to submit their responses to the US International Trade Commission by March 4, 2026, and provide comments on the sufficiency of the responses by April 13, 2026.
