There is a shift in style happening on a large cycle level, from small caps to large caps and from thematic investing to quality investing. The underlying strategy for allocation should still focus on industries in China with competitive advantages that are being globally revalued. Guosen Securities indicated that, from the recent market performance, although the market momentum is slowing down, the upward trend is continuing and the profit-making effects are spreading to a wider range structurally. Investors can use the A500ETF from South Fund and its connected funds to strategically invest in leading companies in new productive sectors.
