Lu Jin Construction stated that the liquidation application for its wholly owned subsidiary New Selection Global has been postponed for a hearing.

Road King Infrastructure announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that, according to a court order from the British Virgin Islands, the liquidation application has been extended to February 16th, and a hearing on the appointment of a provisional liquidator by New Island Global will also take place in the British Virgin Islands court.
