Xinhai Airlines Group plans to operate nearly 100,000 flights during the Spring Festival travel season.

On February 2, 2026, the Spring Festival travel rush began and will end on March 13, lasting a total of 40 days. During this year's Spring Festival travel rush, the New Haihang Aviation Group plans to operate nearly 100,000 flights, with an average of over 2,400 flights per day. In the domestic market, the New Haihang Aviation Group will focus on deploying wide-body aircraft in cities such as Beijing, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Haikou, Sanya, and Harbin. They plan to open and increase frequency on 96 round-trip routes, such as Chongqing to Haikou and Changsha to Xi'an. In the international and regional markets, the New Haihang Aviation Group will open new routes such as Beijing to Colombo and Kunming to Jakarta, as well as increase frequency on routes such as Chongqing to Moscow, Chongqing to Bangkok, Hangzhou to Moscow, and Hangzhou to Bangkok. The total number of international and regional routes will reach 141.
