The two plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 10 million shares through block trading or centralized bidding within three months after fifteen trading days from the disclosure date of this announcement, accounting for 0.89% of the total share capital, with Hao Congmei reducing by no more than 2 million shares, accounting for 0.18%; and Yang Fei reducing by no more than 8 million shares, accounting for 0.71%.
