According to statistics from the Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association, a total of 6802 second-hand houses were recorded in Shenzhen in January 2026, an increase of 2.9% compared to the previous month and a significant increase of 45.5% compared to the same period last year, reaching a new high in nearly 10 months. This marks the 11th consecutive month that the market has recorded sales exceeding 5000 units, indicating that the market has emerged from a low point, with homebuyers' confidence significantly restored, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent "small spring" market.
