Lanzhou Bank: Plans to issue a cash dividend of 285 million yuan for the first half of 2025.

Lanzhou Bank announced that the 2025 interim equity distribution plan has been approved by the board of directors. Based on a total share capital of 5.696 billion shares, a cash dividend of 0.50 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares, totaling 285 million yuan in cash dividends, with no bonus shares or increase in share capital. The record date for equity registration is February 6, 2026, and the ex-dividend date is February 9. In addition, after the implementation of the equity distribution, the minimum selling price for relevant shareholders will be adjusted accordingly.
