The People's Government of Songjiang District, Shanghai Municipality issued the "Outline of the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Songjiang District, Shanghai Municipality". It mentions the implementation of a high-skilled talent training plan and the strengthening of the construction of high-skilled talent training carriers. It will fully leverage the exemplary role of new-type technical colleges to cultivate at least 10 chief technician workshops and add at least 20 chief technicians, focusing on industries such as integrated circuits and aerospace. It will increase the training efforts for skilled personnel in emerging industries, promote the integration of courses and certifications to facilitate the connection between school training and evaluation, and accelerate the implementation of urgent and scarce vocational training programs.
