The Supreme People's Procuratorate: Prosecutors have jointly promoted the clearing of more than 4,300 criminal "pending cases" involving enterprises.

On February 2nd, Ge Xiaoyan, a member of the Party Group of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and Deputy Procurator General, introduced at a press conference that the procuratorial organs are legally supervising the clearance of criminal cases involving enterprises that are "pending". According to the law, strengthening the supervision of cases involving enterprises that were at a standstill due to lack of investigation but were not reopened after additional investigations, focusing on cases that were neither dismissed nor transferred for prosecution in accordance with the law, to prevent cases from being left unresolved for a long time. A total of more than 4300 criminal cases involving enterprises have been cleared.
