In January, the number of second-hand house transactions in Beijing reached 15,082, holding steady at the 14,000 mark for the third consecutive month, consolidating the market's stabilization trend. From the market performance perspective, the release of enrollment demand has led to a shift in the mentality of some regional buyers, with those who had previously adopted a wait-and-see attitude accelerating their entry into the market, and the monthly transaction volume in related areas remaining in the 60-70 range for three consecutive months. At the same time, in areas where affordable housing is the main driver of transactions, as the supply of high cost-effective affordable housing decreases, the transaction volume of improved housing is showing a rebound.
