According to Hubei Daily, the "World Optics Valley" Global Industry Partners Conference was held on January 31, with signed contracts totaling over 20 billion yuan at the scene. Among them, the world-class integrated storage and computation industry base that attracted attention was signed to settle in the Optics Valley, with an initial investment of 8 billion yuan and planned completion and operation in 2028. It is reported that Optics Valley will focus on the Yangtze Storage as the center, with a radius of 4.5 kilometers, to create a world-class integrated storage and computation industry base within a 60 square kilometer area, implementing the "Wutong Tree Plan" in collaboration with Yangtze Storage, introducing upstream and downstream partners, focusing on cutting-edge research and development, aligning demand, design, technology routes and supply chains, and building an efficient and collaborative "5-minute collaboration circle".
