Hubei Jiangxin's CVD silicon-carbon samples have successfully passed sample tests from several top lithium battery production companies domestically.

On January 29-30, 2026, Zhu Xinghe, Chairman of Jiangxi Evergrande High-Tech Technology Co., Ltd., and Tang Mingrong, Vice General Manager and Secretary of the Board of Directors, visited the high-tech zone in Yichang, Hubei Province to inspect Hubei Jiangxin New Materials Co., Ltd., in which the company has invested. They gained a deeper understanding of the construction and production preparations of the plant. Huang Yusheng, General Manager of Hubei Jiangxin, stated that the first phase of the plant construction and the installation of the first production equipment for CVD silicon carbide with an annual output of thousands of tons have been successfully completed, and is now in the stage of system commissioning and joint testing. It is expected that mass production can begin in March or April. It is worth noting that the CVD silicon carbide samples produced in the trial production line have passed testing by several leading domestic lithium battery manufacturers, receiving high praise for their core performance indicators such as energy density and cycle life. It is understood that CVD silicon carbide is widely used in high-end new energy vehicle power batteries, 3C digital products, drones, robots and other fields, and is also one of the core materials of solid-state batteries, with broad market prospects.
