Wind Talk: The actual controller Li Hui plans to reduce his shareholding by no more than 3% of the company's shares.

On January 30th, Fengyu Building announced that its controlling shareholder, Li Hui, who holds 21.23% of the shares, plans to reduce the company's shares through centralized auction trading by no more than 5.94 million shares, and through block trading by no more than 11.89 million shares, totaling no more than 3% of the company's total share capital.
