The document provides comprehensive and clear regulations on award settings, organizational structure, scope of commendation, evaluation standards, evaluation procedures, objection handling, supervision and management, ensuring the scientific, standardized, fair, and authoritative nature of commendation work. According to the "Measures," the Market Regulation Scientific Research Achievement Awards are mainly awarded to technical institutions and scientific and technological workers in the field of market regulation who pursue truth, focus on research, have expertise, are specialized, dare to surpass, and strive for excellence. The Market Regulation Scientific Research Achievement Awards are divided into project awards, organization awards, and individual awards, with evaluations conducted every two years.
