Century Technology Announcement: Recently, we received a notice from our invested company Zhejiang Huasheng Radar Co., Ltd., stating that Huasheng Radar has submitted the application documents for the initial public offering of stocks and listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange. As of the date of this announcement, the company directly holds 5,325,000 shares of Huasheng Radar, accounting for 4.1145% of its total share capital before this public offering.
