National Ocean Integrated Test Field Adds Another Heavy Equipment. Chinese-made Sea Trial Platform "Guohai 3" Sets Sail.

On January 29th at 8 o'clock, the self-elevating offshore test platform "Guohai Shi 3" built by China Shipbuilding Wuhan Ship Machinery, a central state-owned enterprise in Wuhan, set sail from the Qingdao Haixi Heavy Machinery Terminal for the National Marine Comprehensive Test Field. The National Marine Comprehensive Test Field is located in Weihai City, Shandong Province, jointly built by the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Shandong Provincial Government. It is the first national marine comprehensive test field in China, mainly providing an open, public, and authoritative marine testing platform for marine observation, monitoring, investigation, detection instruments and equipment, as well as small-scale and small-scale marine energy generating devices.
