(referred to as "Zoucheng Limin Construction Development") issued a listing announcement regarding ZCHLIM 6.7 01/29/29 (ISIN: XS325858117). As stated in the offering circular (dated January 27, 2026), the application for listing of bonds issued exclusively to professional investors (as defined in the relevant guidelines of the Monetary Authority of Macau) has been submitted to the Macau (China) Financial Asset Trading Limited (MOX). The aforementioned bonds have been approved for listing and trading on January 30, 2026.
