Heizhima Intelligence: Liu Weihong is reassigned as a non-executive director and will no longer serve as the president.

Black Sesame Intelligence announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that due to personal reasons, Liu Weihong was unable to dedicate enough time to the daily operation and management of the company. Liu Weihong has been reassigned from an executive director to a non-executive director, and will no longer serve as the company's CEO, effective January 29, 2026. Following the reassignment, Liu Weihong will also serve as a consultant to provide advice on the company's business operations. According to the announcement, Liu Weihong, 57 years old, is one of the founders of the group. He was appointed as a director on July 15, 2016, became an executive director in June 2023, and will become a non-executive director on January 29, 2026. Liu Weihong co-founded the group with Chairman Dan Jizhang in July 2016, and currently holds director positions in several subsidiary companies of the group.
