Wind data shows that on January 30th, a total of 6 companies in the A-share market announced private placement-related notices. Among them, 3 companies disclosed their plans for private placement of shares, 2 of which were approved by the shareholders' meeting and 1 was approved by the exchange. Looking at the latest private placement plans disclosed on that day, Sunline Group, Bejing Lerer, and Fulong Technology have the highest planned fundraising amounts, with plans to raise not more than 1.2 billion yuan, 1.034 billion yuan, and 300 million yuan respectively. So far this year, a total of 16 companies have completed the announcement of their private placement plans, with 7 companies raising over 1 billion yuan. Specifically, Beiqi Blue Valley, MicMite, and Zhongbei Technology have raised the highest amounts through private placement, raising a total of 6 billion yuan, 2.663 billion yuan, and 1.92 billion yuan respectively.
