Wanwei High-tech Announcement: Anhui Hailuo Group Co., Ltd. plans to hold 60% of the equity of Anhui Wanwei Group Co., Ltd. through a cash capital increase of 4.998 billion yuan, indirectly controlling 18.24% of the shares of Anhui Wanwei High-tech Materials Co., Ltd.; Anhui Provincial Investment Group Holding Co., Ltd. and Anhui State-owned Capital Operation Holding Group Co., Ltd. plan to respectively acquire 20% of Wanwei Group's equity and 7.50% of Wanwei High-tech's shares through gratuitous transfer.
