According to the report from Hainan Daily, the "Hainan Province Major Project Investment Plan for 2026" has been issued recently, outlining the overall blueprint for major project construction throughout the year and specifying the allocation of funds. According to the investment plan, Hainan has arranged a total of 470 provincial major projects and 160 preparatory projects for 2026, covering key areas such as infrastructure construction, industrial development, livelihood security, and ecological environment protection. In 2026, Hainan has arranged 470 provincial major projects with a total investment of 717.5 billion yuan, with an annual planned investment of 128 billion yuan.
