The new registered capital subscribed is 43 million yuan, with an increase price of 2.99 yuan per registered capital. The remaining funds will be included in the capital reserve. After the capital increase, the three strategic investors collectively hold 30.07% of the equity of the heavy industry company, and the company holds 69.93% of the equity.
