Lanzhou Bank Announcement: In the first half of 2025, the net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders in the reviewed consolidated financial statements was 952 million yuan. The mid-year profit distribution plan for 2025 is based on a total share capital of 5.696 billion shares, with cash dividends distributed to ordinary shareholders registered after the close of trading on the registration date. A cash dividend of 0.5 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares, totaling 285 million yuan in cash dividends. This amount accounts for 29.93% of the net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders. There will be no bonus shares issued and no increase in share capital through the conversion of reserves.
