Xinjiang has become a "poetic and distant place" that more domestic and foreign tourists aspire to visit. According to Gu Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Department of Culture and Tourism of the Autonomous Region, in 2025, Xinjiang will focus on the "tourism-driven Xinjiang" strategy, focusing on the construction of cultural and tourism industry clusters, improving infrastructure and service systems, creating a series of boutique routes and characteristic products, and continuously optimizing the tourism market environment.
