Xinshida: New Guarantee Amount of 260 Million Yuan Added for the Holding Company

Xinshida announced that the company had previously approved a proposal to provide guarantees not exceeding 500 million yuan to Shanghai Xiaoa and Shanghai Huitong respectively. Recently, the company signed guarantee contracts with Minsheng Bank, Bank of China, and Pudong Development Bank, providing an additional 200 million yuan in guarantee for Shanghai Xiaoa and 60 million yuan for Shanghai Huitong. After this guarantee, the company's guarantee balance for Shanghai Xiaoa and Shanghai Huitong is 470 million yuan and 500 million yuan respectively. The total amount of guarantees for the company and its holding companies is 1.17 billion yuan, accounting for 93.67% of the latest audited net assets; the total external guarantee balance is 1 billion yuan, accounting for 80.06%.
