The oil and gas sector once again rises

The oil and gas sector surged again, with CNOOC rising more than 5% to a new high, and PetroChina hitting the limit up. Sinopec, Tongyi Petroleum, CNOOC Development, Zhun Oil, Xinjin Power, and Sinopec all followed suit.
