Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong signed a memorandum of understanding with the Capital Markets Authority of the United Arab Emirates

According to the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, on January 27th, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding with the United Arab Emirates Capital Markets Authority to strengthen cross-border regulatory cooperation on digital assets. This is the first bilateral regulatory cooperation agreement signed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission with an overseas regulatory agency regarding regulated entities in the digital asset space.
