Shiji Information: Wholly-owned subsidiary signs major contract with Okura Nikko Hotel

Shiji announced that on January 27, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary Shiji Singapore signed a "Master Service Agreement" with Hotel Okura. As per the agreement, Shiji will provide DAYLIGHTPMS system and related hardware products and services to hotels owned, franchised, managed, or operated by Hotel Okura and its affiliates, through SaaS services. As of June 1, 2025, Hotel Okura manages a total of 79 hotels globally with over 23,000 rooms.
