Mantis Notice: Recently, as the leader of the consortium, the company successfully won the bid for the "Meiyuan Plot Construction Project New Hotel Interior Decoration and Weak Current Intelligence Engineering" project of Nanjing Xuanwu Cultural Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. in collaboration with consortium member Jiangsu Sumeda Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. The two parties have officially signed the relevant contract, with the company responsible for the interior decoration engineering and Sumeda responsible for the weak current intelligence engineering. The contract price for this signing is RMB 428 million, of which the estimated price for the interior decoration engineering undertaken by the company is RMB 373 million, accounting for 2.04% of the company's audited operating income in 2024. The final actual settlement shall prevail.
