On January 27, Zhang Chuanwei, the founder and chairman of Mingyang Group, stated at the Asian Financial Forum that the current trend in the development of new energy is moving towards deep sea and deep space. It is reported that in the deep sea, Mingyang will deploy offshore wind turbines with a single unit capacity of up to 50 megawatts; in deep space, Mingyang will use gallium arsenide to create space photovoltaic to support satellite energy supply.
