Hong Kong Electric intends to issue (up to) $500 million US dollars of bonds with a final guidance price of T+60 basis points.

The Hongkong Electric Company, Limited, also known as "Hongkong Electric" and rated A- stable by Standard & Poor's, plans to issue Reg S, 10-year, US dollar-denominated senior unsecured bonds.
